What Does “UA” Stand For?

“UA” stands for “Unauthorized Authentic”, UA shoes are made in the same factories, with the same materials, and the same workers that make the official retail pairs.

Most top sneaker brand, such as Nike and Adidas, own the factories and make sneakers in China. So for our UA shoes, the materials and workmanship are the same, the quality is high.

How Long Could I Get The Shoes?

24 hours order confirmed.

Processing 2-3 business days, preparing shoes and sending to our shipping agency.

shipping 5-14 business days. We use DHL, Fedex, EMS and RPX (for Germany buyers) depends on your location.

Total time: Confirming time+processing time+shipping time


The shipping tracking code will come in 3-5 days after order confirmed. (Shipping from factory to HongKong /Guangzhou/Beijing)


How Can I Do When There Are Duplicate Orders?

No worry when there are duplicate orders in your account, we will not process the unpaid or payment failed orders.

We will delete the duplicate orders for you.

Why My Credit Card Charge More?

Do I Need To Pay The Tax?

It’s a little chance for you to pay the custom duty. (Not all the shipment need to pay tax, about 5% probability)

If the mail man charge you the custom fee, you can pay him. Then take a photo of the invoice and send the photo to us.

Return And Refund Policy

Sure, you can return the shoes that you are not satisfied. Contact us within 3 days and keep shoe the same condition when it was received. We will send the shipping back address. Note: you need to pay for the shipping back cost.

Refund money will be send within 7 business days, and the money need will back to your card within 30 business days.

Uniform shipping price is not fair for every buyer.

And also the shipping cost match the item weight.

So we stop free shipping and reduce the item price, then different buyer from different place pay different shipping cost.
